Orders
To buy products on line you will need to follow the instructions on our "Ordering On-line" section. Details about the products, prices, payment and delivery are outlined on our website.

Navigation of our site is easy to follow using the clearly displayed instructions and you are required to provide us with clear and accurate personal details to complete your purchase. You are consenting to our Terms & Conditions when you click on the "Complete Order" button.

Prices
All products, where relevant, are inclusive of delivery charges and VAT. Prices listed are in £GBP. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. The price you pay will be confirmed on your order acknowledgment email. We will try to ensure that prices advertised on our site are correct at all times.

If an error has been made regarding a price, we will contact you and ask if you still wish to proceed or cancel your order.

Promotional offers and prices are as stated. No additional discounts will be given except for large quantity orders. For information regarding this please email our Customer Services Team, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday only at enquiries@listerteak.com

Payment
Payment will be by credit or debit card only. Funds are taken at order point to prevent card fraud.

We reserve the right not to accept an order. See Order Confirmation section. If you have not received an order confirmation email when you have placed an order with us, please contact our Customer Services Team, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday only at enquiries@listerteak.com to ensure that your order has been accepted. Remember to have your order number handy.

Details provided by you for the purpose of buying goods or services from Lister must be correct. The credit or debit card you use must be your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover your purchase/s. We reserve the right to ask for verification of authenticity of your credit or debit card details before proceeding with your order.

Availability & Delivery
Goods are available for FREE delivery to UK mainland addresses only. We will need to make special delivery arrangements for goods going to other UK destinations such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or the Scottish Islands. Orders for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will also be subject to special delivery arrangements. There will be additional charges for these destinations but this will be advised when your order is confirmed.

If you order goods that are not currently available, our Customer Services Office will contact you immediately by email to advise when the goods are in stock or suggest a suitable alternative. If you are not totally satisfied, our Customer Services Office will arrange to reimburse your payment in full.

Delivery costs are included in the advertised product or service prices (with exceptions for other UK destinations as stated above) where there may be additional charges made and confirmed on your order acknowledgement.

Delivery times stated on the website are approximate but we will make every effort to deliver your order within the time specified. We do not however, accept liability if we fail to deliver on time. Any orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. All deliveries will take place during Monday to Friday during working hours only.

Delivery of our products can sometimes be made by third party carriers and this may affect the actual delivery times and are therefore, beyond our control. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and clear to avoid delays and include a contact telephone number should we need to call you to notify you of any delays. You can also arrange to have goods delivered to an alternate destination if this is more convenient - see alternate delivery address option.

Once your order has been delivered to the specified destination it will be confirmed as delivered and considered as your or your appointed recipient´s responsibility and any loss or damage to goods is at your / their own risk. We prefer not to deliver to addresses where goods will not be signed for.

Any deliveries made to business addresses and signed for by the authorised recipient of deliveries will be accepted as proof of delivery. It is your or the appointed recipient´s responsibility to check the delivery, where possible, before the delivery note is signed. If for any reason this is not possible, then the delivery note should be signed as "unchecked".

In the unlikely event the goods look damaged, you or the appointed recipient should ensure that the delivery note is marked "refused" or, mark it "item damaged". Please notify us of any shortages within 7 workings days.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We will do our very best to offer you the best products at all times, but If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind you may return any products within 7 working days of delivery notifying us by email only returns@listerteak.com

Returns - Customer Does Not Want Items
You will need to notify us in writing (within 7 working days of delivery), by email only to returns@listerteak.com that you do not want your order. The email should contain full details of the order including your order number. We will make arrangements with our supplier or supplier´s to arrange collection of your order. Pleases note that the cost to collect an unwanted order will be charged to you and deducted from your refund.

Goods must be returned to us in re-saleable condition, in the original packaging. If goods are delivered flat-packed, they must be returned flat-packed. If goods are not returned in their original condition we may issue (at our discretion) a charge to collect the order and this will be deducted from your refund.

Returns - Item is Faulty/Incomplete/Damaged/Poor Quality/Does Not Correspond with its description
Please notify us in writing (within 7 working days of delivery), by email only, with your order number details to returns@listerteak.com. We will contact the suppliers and arrange a replacement. You also have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund. There is no cost to you should you return defective products.

Any deliveries made on behalf of Lister by an appointed carrier should be checked, where possible by you, before the delivery note is signed. If for any reason this is not possible, then the delivery note should be signed as "unchecked".

Should the goods arrive damaged, you should ensure that the delivery note is marked "refused" or "item damaged". Lister will make arrangements for the collection of your order as soon as possible. We will contact you direct to arrange a suitable date and time.

Your order will be repaired or replaced at the supplier's discretion. If Lister is unable to repair or replace your order, you will be contacted by us and we will offer a substitute product or offer you the option of a full refund.

Returns - Terms & Conditions
Repairs or replacements of products will be agreed providing that:
- The product has not been subjected to misuse or neglect
- The product has not sustained accidental damage from foreign objects or substances
- Repairs have not been attempted by unauthorised persons

Refunds
Approved refunds will be made within 30 days.

General
We reserve the right to move, change, substitute or remove any information on the site as necessary.

We will try at to ensure that all information is up to date on our site at all times, but the site may contain spelling errors or other inaccuracies for which we are not liable.

Although we try to use the best images of the products on our site and provide as much detail as possible to make your shopping experience easier you might feel that you need additional information to complete your purchase.
