Complaints
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, our service and their total shopping experience with Lister. In the unlikely event that your shopping experience did not meet your expectations please contact us by email, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday only at complaints@listerteak.com

Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days and we will do everything we can to resolve it. If the complaint cannot be resolved easily, we will keep you regularly informed as to the progress we are making.

Whatever it is that you have to say, please get it off your chest. This helps us to improve our customer service.

Cushions
Cushions are made of 100% Draylon, are colourfast and shower resistant only (i.e.; cannot be left outdoors), are fire retardant and can be hand washed at 40 degrees (do not dry clean).

Delivery
We offer a FREE* home delivery service - direct from Lister to *UK mainland addresses only.

*There may be additional charges for some products and/or UK destinations but this will be advised when your order is confirmed. Lister can currently only accept orders through our website for delivery to UK mainland addresses.

If the delivery address is hard to find, e.g. a rural or remote area, please supply any additional information that will help our carrier find you.

If your purchase is to be delivered to an address such as that in a high-rise building (i.e.; with or without a lift or stairs) or a building with difficult access, prior arrangements will need to be made with us to ensure that our appointed carriers can deliver your order safely.

Alternate delivery address:
There is an option to have your order delivered to an alternate delivery address that may be more convenient for you. If we are unable to deliver your goods due to incorrect information being provided, we will make a carriage charge of 10% of the invoice for your goods to re-deliver your order.

Delivery Times:
We will do our very best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. To give you a guide we show approximate delivery times against each item on the product pages, but these can vary according to the product and / or manufacturer. You will be notified immediately of any possible delays that we are made aware of.

We aim to deliver all orders within 28 days. If we are unable to meet the 28-day deadline, we will proceed with your order only if you are in agreement that this is acceptable.

Deliveries - Part Shipments:
If you have ordered more than one item, please note that products may be sent from multiple locations and may therefore arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you have not received your entire order as per your order confirmation please email our Customer Services Team, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday only at enquiries@listerteak.com

Guarantees
Lister’s product warranties and guarantees vary from 12 months to 5 years, depending on the item. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ordering
Ordering online is easy with clear navigation guides to help you make your purchases including option buttons if you wish to change your order or remove items from your shopping basket.

Please check your order carefully. Once you have decided on your purchases simply complete the information fields shown on the Checkout page and click on the "Complete Order" button to finish.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order with us for any reason. You must confirm this with us within 7 working days by contacting our Customer Services Team, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday only at enquiries@listerteak.com

If the goods have been despatched before you have been able to advise cancellation, we may charge for the carriage.

Your order can be cancelled at anytime if you suspect that a purchase has been made using a stolen credit card or by persons using your details without consent.

Order Confirmation
When you have placed your order online, you will receive an automatic email confirmation outlining your order number, your order details, the amount taken on your credit card, details of the shipping address together with an approximate delivery time.

You will be contacted by us prior to delivery to arrange a suitable date to receive your goods. We do not give actual delivery times on the date you agree to receive your purchase.

Please take note of your order number, as you will need to quote this should you have any query regarding your purchase.

Order Contact Details

Order Receipt
All orders will be acknowledged with a confirmation email. Please note your order number on the email. This should always be quoted if you have any query regarding your order.

Order Tracking
To track your order, contact our Customer Services Team, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday only at enquiries@listerteak.com - remember to have your order number to hand.

Out of Stock Items
Stock levels are closely monitored on the Lister website, however there may be instances where stock has been depleted. If you do order goods that are not currently available, our Customer Services Team or our supplier(s) will contact you immediately to advise when the goods are in stock or suggest a suitable alternative. If you are not totally satisfied, our Customer Services Office will arrange to reimburse your payment in full.

Parasols
The parasol canopies are made of Teflon-coated Draylon acrylic canvas that is water repellent, mould and rot resistant, and easily washable. Fabric life is measured in years and can be extended with proper maintenance.

Parasols are assembled with corrosion resistant solid brass or stainless steel brackets and pulleys.

Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch (Maestro), or Delta cards. We are unable to accept American Express cards or cheque payments.

Orders are processed using our online payment provider Secure Trading. Funds are taken at order point.

Privacy Policy
Your personal details are private and will not given out to third parties. Our customers have the option to receive information from Lister. This would be in the form of special offers or promotions on our website.
